HMO Conversion
This was a job for a property investor who wanted to turn a 2-bedroom home into a 6-bedroom House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) all with En-suites. We completed a full width 2 storey extension on the rear of the property and a single storey side extension. Full interior rip out and redesign. All design work and planning was also carried out by us. It was a very satisfying job, creating a stunning result for our very happy customer.
Family Home Remodel
This was a fantastic job for a private customer who wanted to remodel and extend their family home. Fortunately, the family had other accommodation during the build, so we were able to get in and crack on. Completing the job swiftly and to the high standard expected by our customers. The customers had a clear vision of exactly what they wanted. This made the job run smoothly and without confusion. A fabulous result, I am sure you will agree.
HMO Renovation
The emphasis on this job was a quick turnaround. The upstairs was already housing some tenants and they wanted to move back in ASAP.
Our customer wanted us to, freshen up and re-decorate upstairs, rip out and remodel the downstairs and clear out the rear of the property. Taking it from its current usage as a café/deli, to more bedrooms and re-fitted kitchen to complete the HMO. Another successful job completed for a very satisfied customer.
Transformation of a Mucklow House
Mucklow style houses are very popular in the Stourbridge and Halesowen area. They are distinctive with the slanted roof on one side. However, this slant restricts use of the rooms inside, so by literally ‘Raising the roof’ you can almost double the space inside.
These photos show the transformation from the outside and as you can see we re-tiled the whole roof, not just the affected area. This gives you the peace of mind that your roof is secure for many years to come.
Internal Renovation of the Mucklow House
So once the new roof was watertight work on the internals could begin. These pictures show the transformation of the two rooms extended and the construction and insulation of the new external wall.
Bathroom Refurbishment
The customers for this refurbishment wanted a complete overall of an old and dated bathroom. Repair work was also carried out to the flat roof above the bathroom and a new boiler fitted.
The guys did a fantastic job and we had very happy and satisfied customers.
Kitchen Renovation
The following photo’s are of a kitchen install that was completed as part of a whole house renovation. Old walls were removed to allow for an open plan layout bringing lots of natural light into the space.
Lounge Renovation
The following photo’s are of a lounge renovation for a customer in Stourbridge who were after a more stylish and contemporary look. They required the entrance of the room to be moved from the hallway to the kitchen to allow for a better flow to the living space and widening of the fireplace to make for a wonderful feature.
Solid oak was used for the shelves and fireplace mantle which ages beautifully and adds a warm rustic feel.
